Update (May 12): The Jonas Brothers took to social media on Tuesday (May 12) to announce that they’ll also finally drop their song «5 More Minutes,» which they debuted at the 2020 Grammy Awardsin January:

The Jonas Brothers have surprised fans Monday morning (May 11) with the announcement of their upcoming single “X” in collaboration with Colombian sensation Karol G.

Across their social media, the JoBros shared the artwork showing a white outlined letter X on top of red lips; Jonas Brothers ft. Karol G is in small text.

Without giving too many details, the group also revealed that “X” will drop this Friday, May 15.

Fans were quick to react with many of them agreeing that “it’s about time” this collaboration happened. “It’s going to be everyone’s favorite summer song,” one fan on Instagram declared.

On release day, Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas will participate and answer fan questions in a virtual SiriusXM Hits 1 Celebrity Session hosted by The Morning Mash Up, where they will interact with an audience of frontline healthcare workers and their families from across the country. The Jonas Brothers will talk about their music, including their upcoming collab with Karol.

Their Karol G-assisted track marks the second time the Jonas Brothers team up with a Latin act, following the 2019 summer bop “Runaway” with Sebastian Yatra, Daddy Yankee, and Natti Natasha.

Jonas Brothers thrill fans by crashing virtual Happiness Continues watch parties

Jonas Brothers stars Nick, Joe, and Kevin Jonas gave some fans the surprise of their lives when they popped into some Zoom calls following the release of their new movie.

The trio debuted Happiness Continues: A Jonas Brothers Concert Film on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, and they urged fans to watch the feature together via the video conference app by teasing they may show up unannounced to their virtual gatherings.

True to their words, the brothers, along with Kevin’s daughter Alena, showed up during a number of group chats, as fans took to social media to express their shock and delight at coming face-to-face with the stars.

“That was so much fun getting to surprise you guys Face with tears of joy Thanks for having us on your Zooms!!” the band wrote after crashing some chats.

“Hope you all have an amazing rest of your Friday night and enjoy #HappinessContinues. Love you guys!! #JonasWatchParty”

Happiness Continues is the follow-up to last year’s Chasing Happiness documentary, which chronicled the brothers’ musical reunion as they launched their pop comeback.

It comes after the hitmakers were forced to axe their planned nine shows at the Park Theater at Park MGM in Las Vegas from 1 to 18 April, as part of their new Jonas Brothers in Vegas residency show, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Jonas Brothers Recreate Iconic Kim and Khloe Fight Scene from Keeping Up with the Kardashians

«OMGGGGGGGG» Kim Kardashian wrote in the comments, while Khloe Kardashian added, «Hahaha nailed it!!!!!!!»

The Jonas Brothers have a message: don’t be rude!

The musicians recreated an iconic scene from Keeping Up with the Kardashians in which Kim Kardashian West repeatedly hits sister Khloe Kardashian with a designer bag, telling her, “don’t be f—ing rude! I swear to God, don’t be f—ing rude!”

In the hilarious Jonas re-enactment, Joe plays Kim, storming through the door to approach Nick, who tales on the role of Khloe. The brothers dubbed the Kardashian sisters’ voices over the video.

“Don’t be f— rude!” Joe lipsyncs, wearing patterned jacket draped over his shoulders, as Nick mouths, “Are you kidding me?”

At the end of the short clip, Kevin walks by holding a beer bottle, glancing at the camera.

“OMGGGGGGGG” Kim commented on the video, which was shared on Joe’s Instagram

The silly clip comes after the JoBros announced a new single set to drop this Friday, titled “What A Man Gotta Do.”

The upcoming track is just the latest in the group’s comeback, which launched last year after a years-long hiatus from performing together.

The trio dropped Happiness Begins — their first album together in nearly a decade — in June 2019, along with a documentary on Amazon titled Chasing Happiness.

Most recently, the group released a Christmas song and rang in the new year with a performance at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach as part of Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve. When the clock struck midnight, the J Sisters — Joe’s wife Sophie Turner, Nick’s wife Priyanka Chopra, and Kevin’s wife Danielle Jonas — joined the men on stage to give their husbands the traditional New Year’s kiss.

Watch the Jonas Brothers Share Sweet Midnight Kisses With Their Wives in Miami on New Year’s Eve

The Jonas Brothers rang in 2020 with thousands of fans poolside at Fontainebleau Miami Beach on Tuesday night (Dec. 31), but more importantly, with their own leading ladies.

Just before midnight, Joe, Kevin and Nick were joined by their respective wives (Sophie Turner, Danielle Jonas and Priyanka Chopra, also known as the J Sisters) for the countdown to 2020 — and, of course, midnight kisses.

«Before we ring in this new year, and we get overly sentimental, let me just say thank you to each and every one of you for coming out and being here with us tonight at the Fontainebleau,» Nick told the crowd. «This is an absolutely incredible memory we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives, and a perfect way to ring in the New Year with a couple thousand of Miami’s best. Now, if it’s all right with you, we’re going to bring some people out that are very meaningful to us that we want to spend it with.»

The guys shared champagne toasts and kisses with their wives as fans screamed with excitement over the adorable moment, which was followed by a toast with the crowd. It didn’t take long for the Jonas Brothers to snap back into action, though, as they quickly resumed their show with an ironic, yet somehow fitting kickoff to 2020: «Year 3000.»

The JoBros performed an hour-long set, which included other hits and fan favorites like «S.O.S.» and «That’s Just the Way We Roll.» Their performances of «Only Human» and «Sucker» were broadcast live on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest — but the guys couldn’t not end their first set of 2020 with «Sucker,» so they sang it once more to close out perhaps the most epic kickoff to a New Year possible.

Jonas Brothers Transform Into Fairy Godbrothers to Help With Your Christmas Card

do not reuse

The Jonas Brothers brought holiday cheer with their 2019 holiday jam «Like It’s Christmas,» and now they want to be part of your Xmas celebrations with a festive (and hilarious) eCard.

The siblings teamed up with digital entertainment company JibJab for a 40-second holiday eCard that features the JoBros as fairy godbrothers — decked out in red, green and blue Santa suits and elf shoes — transforming a bland home into the most Christmasy place on the block, all while singing their latest Christmas hit. Even better, you can be in the card with them by inserting your own photos and share it with everyone you know.

«If you haven’t sent out your Christmas cards yet, we’ve got you covered,» the guys wrote on Instagram with a clip of their «Like It’s Christmas» JibJab, which debuted Wednesday (Dec. 11).

«Like It’s Christmas» has quickly become the Jonas Brothers’ latest hit, as it jingled its way to No. 1 on the Adult Contemporary chart in just three weeks. The song also reached No. 25 on the Holiday 100, and just debuted at No. 72 on the Billboard Hot 100. It’s their third holiday song to date and first in more than a decade, as they released «Girl of My Dreams» in 2007 and «Joyful Kings» in 2008.

Nick Jonas Reminds Kelly Clarkson That the Jonas Brothers Opened for Her in 2005: ‘I Had No Idea’

«But you helped us get a lot of gigs after that, so thank you. We owe you 20 percent,» Nick Jonas joked on The Kelly Clarkson Show

Kelly Clarkson wasn’t aware of her clout among Jonas Brothers fans for helping jump-start the band’s careers.

When Nick Jonas, one-third of the sibling boy band, visited the “Stronger” singer’s new talk show, she was reminded that the group opened for her more than a decade ago.

“I was reading the pre-interview for this — I had no idea that y’all opened for me in 2005,” Clarkson, 37, said, basking in her newfound association with the popular hit-makers. “I feel like I just got really cool.”

Jonas, 27, humbly downplayed their early career performances ahead of her concerts, while also acknowledging that Clarkson’s name carried weight on their résumés from then on.

“No one cared about us in 2005, we were just coming up and basically, to get other gigs, we listed the other acts that we’d opened up for,” he told Clarkson, who is his competitor on The Voice as he becomes a coach for season 18. “But that really just meant that we were on, like, the outside stage in the parking lot while you were playing for 40,000 people.”

He added: “But you helped us get a lot of gigs after that, so thank you. We owe you 20 percent.”

Fast forward to 2019 and the Jonas Brothers — Nick, along with his older brothers Kevin and Joe — are on their own major tour, called Happiness Begins, with openers Bebe Rexha and Dr. Phil‘s son, Jordan McGraw.

Looking back at the year, the Midway actor called it a “beautiful time” for his family, with marriages and new music after the band decided to reassemble, a decision they came to after filming a revealing documentary together.

“We had really no intention of getting the band back together,” he said, “but after filming for a little while and kind of healing some of those family wounds that were there from our years of working together in the past, we were able to look at this with a fresh view and really kind of, all in different ways, find our happiness, so we went for it.”

The documentary, Chasing Happiness on Amazon Prime Video, allowed the brothers to address their “pretty crazy journey” growing up in the church and the music industry.

“When we actually just sat down and did the hard work that, you know, most families have to do — we all go through things with the people we love, whether it’s the family you choose or it’s your blood — you gotta go through it,” Jonas said. “And we did.”

He continued: “… To have been able to go through that with your family is, I think we’re all really grateful and aware of how unique it is, and so it’s just been special.”

Kevin Jonas Feels the JoBrotherly Love on His Birthday from Nick & Joe, Ryan Tedder, More

Kevin Jonas turned 32 on Tuesday (Nov. 5), and his brothers Nick Jonas and Joe Jonas shared sweet — and silly — messages for their older brother.

In what looks like a Jonas Brothers photo shoot, Nick Jonas shared a picture of him «playfully pushing [Kevin’s] head into a wall.» Why, you ask? «Seemed like an appropriate photo to share on his birthday. Love you man,» he captioned his goofy birthday tribute.

Joe Jonas took the classic, sentimental route for his birthday Instagram, featuring a shadowy shot taken by him of the eldest Jonas Brother with a drum set and colorful twinkly lights in the background. «Happy Birthday @kevinjonas to the best big bro anyone could ask for. I look up to you everyday. Love you man,» he wrote for the birthday boy.

But OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder’s message for Kevin Jonas was equally sweet, and equally comical. «You’re genuinely one of the kindest humans/husbands/fathers I know AND the only artist in the music industry I’ve had the pleasure of having a 2 hour conversation discussing the ins & outs of commercial real estate and class A office buildings in high growth markets with,» he teased as part of the caption.

Check out the rest of his birthday messages below.

Watch The Jonas Brothers Turn ‘Sucker’ Into a Jazzy Jam For NPR Tiny Desk Concert

The Jonas Brothers took a break from their Happiness Begins arena tour to stop by the NPR offices for their first-ever Tiny Desk concert, which dropped Monday (Sept. 30).

The guys kicked their performance off with “Sucker,” transforming the No. 1 hit into a swinging jazz number complete with Joe Jonas brandishing a tiny, multi-colored tambourine and trading falsetto-tinged vocals with brother Nick Jonas.

After slowing things down with romantic album cut “I Believe,” the band incorporated the many toys and knickknacks scattered around the desk into their ‘80s-inspired single “Only Human.” (While Nick pounded out the song’s melodic hook on a miniature toy piano and Joe played around with a quacking buzzer, Kevin Jonas stuck to his trusty guitar.)

The three-song set ended with one last surprise: an impromptu “Happy Birthday” sing-along for Joe, who rang in the Tiny Desk Concert on his 30th birthday.
