Frequent collaborators David Guetta and Sia have reunited on Thursday (Sept. 10) to release their ode to overcoming obstacles, «Let’s Love.»

The dance-y, anthemic track finds Sia’s characteristically powerhouse vocals over Guetta’s signature groove. «We’ll get through it all together / Let’s love,» she proclaims in the powerful, unifying hook.

“During this time of isolation, I’ve been incredibly inspired to release music that has an uplifting energy,” Guetta said of the song in a press statement. “I love producing club tracks but at the same time, especially now, I feel like creating ‘feel-good’ music. ‘Let’s Love’ is a message of love, hope and bringing people together and once again, Sia has out done herself on the vocals.”

Earlier this year, the renowned producer raised more than $1.5 million for COVID-19 relief with his «United At Home» charity livestream events in Miami in April and New York City in May.

This also this is hardly the first time Guetta and Sia have worked together. The duo have a number of collaborations, including smash hit «Titanium,» «Wild One Two,» «She Wolf (Falling to Pieces),» «The Whisperer,» «Bang My Head,» «Helium,» «Flames» and «Light Headed.»

David Guetta & Sia Recruit Ninjas For Their Cinematic “Flames” Video

Two weeks ago Sia and David Guetta showcased their continued chemistry with the release of their latest joint anthem, “Flames.”Boasting a summery production complete with lush synths and an inspirational message, it seems like another surefire hit from the pair. Since then it has racked up an impressive 12 million streams on Spotify and is gearing up for another run at the charts. Today (April 5), they breathed new life into the release with the unveiling of a lively video. Directed by Lior Molcho, who worked extensively with Sia during her This Is Acting era, the visual tells a daring and comedic tale.

In it, David Guetta plays the role of an evil villain. In order to realize the track’s empowering message, he and a crew of evil minions kidnap a trio of aspiring ninjas. After brutally murdering the group’s trainer, Danny Trejo, they are forcibly led to Guetta’s lair. There, they spring a counter-attack and fight bravely to liberate themselves. Of course, there are some surprising twists as the “Mad Love” producer reveals some magical powers. What follows is a desperate battle between good and evil. Paying tribute to a classic film genre, the “Flames” video puts a playful spin on the fierce collaboration.

The zany visual is a fun release that is sure to spark conversations. With any luck, that will help the track make its debut on the Billboard Hot 100. “Flames” is Guetta’s fourth release of 2018, and it joins the Sean Paul and Becky G-assisted “Mad Love” as well as his Martin Garrix and Brooks collaboration, “Like I Do.” At the beginning of the year, he and Afrojack put a fresh spin on Sia’s Fifty Shadessoundtrack contribution “Helium.” Watch “Flames” below.

Sia Reunites With David Guetta On Their Tropical-Tinged “Flames”

Sia and David Guetta established an excellent working chemistry after unveiling their debut collaboration, “Titanium,” in 2011. The explosive anthem was the first in a series they have rolled out over the years. Today (March 22), they are offering up their latest, and it is another smash. Called “Flames,” it is an inspiring anthem complete with a rousing production and another of the “Chandelier” siren’s jaw-dropping vocal lines.

“One foot in front of the other babe. One breath leads to another yeah; just keep moving,” Sia proclaims over lush synths on the opening lines. She continues inspiring as the track moves into its chorus. “Oh, my love, don’t stop burning. Gonna send them up in flames,” she sings. The production is vaguely tropical and warm enough to beat any final cold snaps of winter. The accompanying lyric video mirrors the warm vibes with a summery illustration and glowing letters.

In a press release, Guetta opened up about the pair’s history and his excitement at the prospect of getting back in the studio with her. “‘Titanium’ is still one of the tracks I am proudest of and Sia is one of my favorite artists to work with. She’s a great songwriter and has an amazing voice. I’m just super excited that we get to release another track together.”

“Flames” is another winning release for the pair’s discography. It joins their most recent collaboration, a rip-roaring remix of the Aussie’s “Helium.” Originally included on the Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack, the brooding track was reimagined in honor of Sia’s Mac Cosmetics X Viva Glam collaboration. With any luck, their latest will replicate the meteoric success of their original release. Give the track a spin and check out its vibrant lyric video below!

Sia Joins Forces With David Guetta & Afrojack For An Explosive “Helium” Remix

Sia joined forces with David Guetta and Afrojack for an explosive remix of “Helium” in honor of her new MAC Cosmetics X Viva Glam collaboration. Originally included on the Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack, the song is an evocative ballad that showcases her soaring vocals. On it, the Aussie realizes she is stronger with a loved one by her side. It is a sentiment that relates back to her new line with the company, which is a labor of love.

The “Chandelier” siren partnered with her frequent collaborator Maddie Ziegler to design a red-hued lipstick. Sia announced the project last month, and it launched in stores and online today (January 25). All proceeds from sales directly benefit the M.A.C. Aids Fund, and the newly released remix will be used in marketing materials.

“I’m trying, but I keep falling down. I cry out, but nothing comes now. I’m giving my all, and I know peace will come,” she resolutely announces over the song’s original piano accompaniment on the opening lines. Things take a turn for the better as she reaches out to a loved one who provides the ultimate fix. “Your love lifts me up like helium. Your love lifts me up when I’m down,” she proclaims in a joyful moment of release. The production swirls underneath her as she moves into the chorus, eventually boiling over into an extended instrumental break complete with bellowing sirens and glistening synths.

It is unclear why she decided to revisit “Helium;” however, the remix vibrates with new life and could become a massive hit. This marks the second time the hitmaker has raised funds for HIV/AIDS in the last year. In June she partnered with the #endHIV campaign to release her inspiring ballad, “Free Me.” It is also worth noting that Sia has decided to remove her oversized wig and bare her face on the joyful cover. This is one of the first times she has publicly shown her face since returning to the scene in 2014. Considering the importance of the project, it is hard to imagine a worthier moment to break from tradition. Give the song a spin below!

David Guetta & Afrojack Recruit Charli XCX & French Montana For “Dirty Sexy Money”

David Guetta and Afrojack recruited Charli XCX and French Montana for a massive club anthem on their latest joint release, “Dirty Sexy Money.” Out today (November 2), the EDM hitmakers remain true to the winning formula they developed after striking gold on 2015’s “Hey Mama.” Opening with an almost saccharine sweet production, the song rapidly builds to a frenzy following a sudden beat drop.

The “Boys” siren takes the lead over their production, and she lays a seductive trap for a potential lover before going in for the kill. “If you wanna put-put-put-put it on me, you’re not gonna get-get-get-get-get it for free. Come and spend that dirty sexy money on me,” Charli commands over a stuttering beat. French comes in to deliver a besotted verse toward the back end, but his efforts pale in comparison to the Brit’s.

The quartet could have a massive hit on their hands with the buoyant bop. Charli’s delivery is fierce and undeniable, and the production will stand out as most pop is starting to slow down the beats per minute moving into the winter. Give the track a spin below!

David Guetta Is a Fickle Electro Lover on Charlie Puth «Attention» Remix

The producer’s hot-and-cold take on the track characterizes the fickle lover at the heart of the tune.

David Guetta giveth and David Guetta taketh away. His remix of Charlie Puth’s hit “Attention” was released Thursday (Aug. 24) and on it the superstar producer takes us for quite the wild ride.

The remix opens with familiar chords in a faster pace, but before it gets to the hook, it makes a quick turn up a mountain made of electricity. Soon, you’re white knuckling it on the dance floor and just when you think the roller coaster will make its drop, the ground falls out from under your feet. You’re left standing under a spotlight, looking around, wondering what happened to the room — then the beat comes back and the cycle begins all over again.

It’s a real trip a remix and the latest in a string of Guetta’s releases this summer and fittingly characterizes the fickle lover at the heart of Puth’s tune.

Bruno Mars “Versace On The Floor” Gets A David Guetta Remix

Bruno Mars is hoping to land his third top 10 single in a row with “Versace On The Floor.” The sexy ballad is slowly making its mark on radio and has already racked up more than 130 million streams on Spotify. It will get another burst of momentum from a new remix, which David Guetta debuted in Ibiza last night (June 26). “I’m super proud that I had the opportunity to work with Bruno Mars on ‘Versace on the Floor,’” he says of the slinky overhaul. “It is more than a remix; it is a collaboration and combination of different worlds together.”

“My goal was to make it more dance and DJ friendly, but still respect the music that he came with, and keep the song and his voice in tact because it’s so beautiful. I hoped to create something that would not just be for one community, just like Bruno makes quality music that speaks to a wide audience.” It’s fair to say that the French producer achieved that. He shows admirable restraint on the remix, remaining faithful to the original’s retro charm while tinkering with the sound here and there to make it more current. Listen below.

Justin Bieber Releases «2U» With David Guetta

When it comes to Justin Bieber‘s new song, the Victoria’s Secret Angels already love it.

How do we know? Because in lieu of a lyric video when the track dropped at midnight on June 9, Justin and collaborator David Guetta debuted a lip-syncing video starring none other than Jasmine Tookes, Stella Maxwell, Romee Strijd, Elsa Hosk, Sara Sampaio, and Martha Hunt. So that list of names he tweeted at the top of this week? Fans’s suspicions were correct.

In the video, the supermodels dance around to the new track, which features Justin’s signature breathy pleas and plenty of beat drops. It falls far more in line with the «Cold Water» portion of Justin’s music catalog. Other recent songs like the «Despacito» remix and «I’m the One» show off Justin’s range a bit more, but there’s nothing wrong with hearing the Biebs claim that there’s «no limit in the sky that I won’t fly for ya / no tears in my eyes that I won’t cry for ya / with every breath that I take / I want you to share that air with me / there’s no promise that I won’t keep / I’d climb a mountain, there’s none too steep.»

That’s right, this is a love song. And it’s clear that it has already found six very famous fans.
