Gwen Stefani celebrated the occasion by sharing a youthful photograph of her boyfriend on Twitter. “Happy birthday to my favorite person I ever met @blakeshelton,” she wrote Saturday (June 18), adding “superbabe” as the hashtag.

Shortly after, Shelton responded with, “Now THIS is how you start your 40’s!!!!!!!! Thank you @gwenstefani for everything…” Stefani wasted little time retweeting the reaction.

Earlier in the week, 46-year-old Stefani was spotted buying party supplied at a Los Angeles novelty shop, People reports. Looks like a birthday bash could be in the works.
