Ariana Grande is getting ready to bless us with new music in 2018. It’s been more than a year and a half since the “Side to Side” siren unleashed her third studio album, Dangerous Woman. Fans are hungry for more, and they are in for a treat. Yesterday (December 13) she confirmed she is hard at work in the recording studio in a series of posts on Instagram.
Taking to the app, Ari posted a pic she had stumbled across on a fan account that allegedly showed her laying down a track. “I’m pretty sure dis is very old or fake. If u wanted confirmation I’ve been working why didn’t you just ask,” the 24-year-old generously wrote in a post on her story. She followed up by posting an official photo and video from a recent session.
Although there is no sound in the video, it seems safe to assume that the diva is pulling out all the stops to record another hit. Ari has been working on her fourth LP for quite some time now. Last November she told fans that she was almost done with the project in a post on Snapchat. “I didn’t mean to make an album, and I don’t know if it’s done at all, but I just have a bunch of songs that I really like,” she clarified.
Since then she has alluded to the project a handful of times. This summer she told fans that she had around 25 tracks she was considering for the final tracklist much to her label’s chagrin. “The label was like ‘please try to keep it to 15 tracks,’ and I was like ‘I have 25,’” she said in a Q&A. It seems like she will have even more to choose from now. Check out the pics and video below!
