IMAGINE DRAGONS VUELVE CON UNA NUEVA CANCIÓN PARA LEAGUE OF LEGENDS: ‘ENEMY’

0

‘Warriors’ para League of Legends

Sean Paul and Sia have reunited for a new club anthem Dynamite, which was released today.

Produced by Banx & Ranx and Greg Kurstin (Adele, Pink, The Foo Fighters), Dynamite features a bass heavy electronic production with Sia’s signature vocals, while Sean keeps it Dancehall with his commanding lyrics. “Dynamite” is for the dynamic duos, the power couples, and those who stand by the phrase, “Teamwork makes the dream work“.

The track is a follow-up to the genre-bending artists’ smash hit “Cheap Thrills,” also produced by Greg Kurstin, which has racked up over 1.6 billion YouTube views since its 2016 release.  The song reaped multi-platinum success, peaking at No. 1 on the US Hot 100 Billboard Charts and was also featured in the recently released Marvel film, “Black Widow”.

“’Dynamite’ started out as just a good vibe song. After recording ‘Cheap Thrills’ Sia and I knew we would record another single and ‘Dynamite’ is the second installment,” Sean Paul said.

“Banx and Ranx, Greg Kurstin, myself and Sia, worked on this single and I hope people gravitate towards it like our first single. ‘Dynamite’ is another feel good record for me and I just want to thank Sia and her entire team, my team Duttyrock, my management team and big up my mom who introducedme to Sia’s music,” he added.

Dynamite will appear on Paul’s next album Scorcha.  He also recently shared a cheeky new single Only Fanz featuring Ty Dolla $ign.

Elton John FT Nicky Minaj, Young Thug ‘Always Love You’

The much awaited collaboration between Elton John, Young Thug and Nicki Minaj is finally here

.

Fans were quite excited about this song when it was announced as part of the track list for Elton’s new album The Lockdown Sessions which comes out in full tonight (Friday) across all DSPs. The lead single with Dua Lipa, ‘Cold Heart‘ is out right now and doing quite well.

“I never thought you would end up as the enemy / I always thought you’d be right here, still defending me / I feel so bad for you, lost your identity / Made your decision, it’s a penalty / It’s so hard for me to understand,” raps Nicki on her verse.

“This was one of two songs I wrote the first day I spent in the studio with Andrew Watt, but it began its life as very much an Elton John song and I didn’t really like it, it needed something. And that’s what Andrew did, he chopped up the song and moved the chorus to the beginning, and put on a track that a rapper would use – it was brilliant! That’s when we got Young Thug involved. I’ve admired Young Thug for a while and he sampled one of my songs on his track, High, back in 2018 so it was great to collaborate again,” said Elton about the track.

“And then, I was so pleased when Nicki agreed to do it. I’m very grateful to have such talented artists from a totally different genre to me on this album and that they’ve included me,” the legendary artist continued. Listen to the impressive song below.

ADELE, ACCUSED OF PLAGIARISM FOR HER SONG «MILLION YEARS AGO»

0

There’s been no shortage of Adele news as of late. Media outlets have been abuzz about the songwriter after she seemingly confirmed her relationship with her boyfriend, Rich Paul. Meanwhile, fans are speculating that the singer is gearing up to release a new song this week. But unfortunately, not all of the news is good. Adele, and her producer, have recently been accused of allegedly plagiarizing her hit song, “Million Years Ago.”

“Million Years Ago” is a song from Adele’s third studio album, 25. The melancholy ballad seems to recount how the singer’s life drastically changed. It is deeply emotional and received critical and commercial acclaim. However, the song is now receiving some negative attention. People have begun to notice the similarities between it and a classic Brazillian song entitled “Mulheres” or women in English.

Toninho Geraes believes Adele’s song ‘Million Years Ago’ plagarizes his song ‘Mulheres’

“Mulheres” was composed by Toninho Geraes and the song has been covered by a number of Brazilian artists. Though Adele released “Million Years Ago” back in 2015, Geraes didn’t hear the song until 2020. Geraes doesn’t follow international pop music, so he didn’t learn of the song until a music producer played it for him.
